Essential Functions
Coordinate all shipments for all locations.
Order, track and report inventory and deliveries.
Follow schedules of product distribution.
Work with sales team, carrier and their party services.
Assist other team members when needed to meet schedule.
Update shipping and purchasing systems.
Discuss defective and/or unacceptable goods or service with vendors to determine source of trouble and take corrective action.
Maintenance of records.
Maintenance of system data requirements and ensuring integrity at all times.
Work with managers and team members to implement new strategies and initiatives.
Collaborate with other departments to integrate logistics with company process.
Update reports and provide analysis on findings to logistics manager.
Follow all department policies and standard operating procedure (SOPs).
